Job Summary

Our client in the Real Estate business is urgently looking for a Principal Registered Agent with good selling and negotiating skills to join their team. The incumbent must be highly knowledgeable in the Real Estate Laws of Zimbabwe.

Key Duties

  • To perform duties of a Principal Registered Agent as prescribed by the EACZ Act
  • Sales & Property Management
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Education + Experience

  • Registered with EACZ OR REIZ
  • Degree in Marketing/Finance or Real Estate from a recognized institution
  • Valuation certification is an added advantage

 

  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills
  • Highly innovative
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same position for a reputable established Real Estate Company
  • Clean Driver’s License
