Key Duties

• Timeous processing of wholesale and retail cash withdrawal instructions.
• Receipt of wholesale and retail cash deposits.
• Buying and selling of foreign currency and gold coins.
• Authentication of instructions from customers.
• Posting of all transactions promptly and accurately.
• Balancing cash drawer in accordance with Bank procedures.
• Keeping operating losses minimal through prudent application of telling skills.
• Reporting of any suspicious transactions, frauds and forgeries to management in order to mitigate any fraudulent activities.
• Attending to customer inquiries.
